Please review the policy carefully before placing a pre-order.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

  • Due to fluctuations in the international market, the final price of a pre-ordered product may vary from the originally quoted price. In such cases, you will be notified in advance. If you choose not to proceed with the purchase due to a price change, your booking amount will be refunded in full.
  • The standard estimated delivery time for pre-order products is 7 to 15 working days. However, unforeseen shipping-related delays may occasionally extend this timeline, and you will be kept informed of any such changes.
  • For products ordered directly from the manufacturer, delivery will be made in accordance with the manufacturer's own dispatch schedule, which may range from 15 to 90 working days depending on the order.
  • In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable in the international market for any reason, your full advance payment will be refunded without any deduction.
  • As soon as your product arrives, we will notify you promptly. You will be required to receive or arrange collection of your product within 2 to 3 working days of being notified.
  • Once your product has arrived, the following collection and delivery options are available:
    • In-store pickup — visit our shop at your convenience.
    • Home delivery within Dhaka — delivery will be completed within 48 to 72 hours, subject to applicable delivery charges.
    • Outside Dhaka — delivery will be arranged via Sundarban Courier, with standard courier charges applicable.

Payment Policy

  • All prices listed on our website reflect cash-discounted rates. Any payment made through a digital payment method other than direct cash or bank transfer will be subject to an additional processing charge.
  • We accept bank transfers through the following banks: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), UCBL, and EBL. To avoid additional charges, we recommend paying via bank transfer or cash.
  • The listed prices do not apply to EMI, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payments.
  • The following additional charges will be applied for non-cash payment methods:

Important Notice — Unboxing & Warranty

Please be advised that the warranty on your product may be voided under any of the following circumstances:

  • The warranty sticker is torn, removed, or found to be missing.
  • The product box is torn or damaged during opening.
  • Any accessory, manual, or item originally included inside the box is found to be missing.

We strongly urge all customers to unbox their products with care in order to preserve the validity of the warranty.
