Warranty Policy

Official warranty, service support, and claim eligibility terms.

1-Year Apple Official Warranty Terms & Conditions (MacBook, iPad & iPhone)

  1. Please Note: MacZen BD is not an Apple Authorized Reseller. However, we provide Apple Standard Limited Warranty service support for Apple products purchased from us in the manner described below.
  2. MacZen BD facilitates 1-year Official Apple Warranty claims through Apple Authorized Service Centers in Malaysia, Singapore, or Dubai.
  3. The 1-year Official Warranty for MacBook is Apple Inc.'s brand warranty. MacZen BD processes warranty claims on behalf of customers through the official Apple Service Centers in Malaysia, Singapore, or Dubai. All repairs or replacements are carried out in accordance with Apple's Standard Limited Hardware Warranty policy, for which Apple Service Center bears full responsibility.
  4. For inactive (unactivated) products, the 1-year official warranty is applicable from the date of purchase.
  5. Since warranty claims are processed abroad, the standard processing time is a minimum of 1 to 1.5 months. Additional delays may occur due to flight disruptions caused by pandemics or other unforeseen circumstances, extending the timeframe indefinitely.
  6. Please send your product for a warranty claim at least 20 days before the warranty expiry date, as additional shipping time is required for claims processed through Apple Service Centers in Malaysia, Singapore, or Dubai.
  7. To verify that we provide genuine Apple Authorized Warranty services, customers are welcome to review previous service reports at our store. A similar service document will be issued for your product upon its return from the warranty center (note: in some cases, this document may not be available due to shipping conditions).
  8. It is MacZen BD's responsibility to verify that the product is in an inactive or purchase-unvalidated state on Apple's official website.
  9. In the event of a global pandemic, political unrest, or any situation causing flight suspensions during which the warranty expires, MacZen BD will arrange for the device to be repaired locally or internationally to the best possible extent. However, all associated costs will be borne by the customer, and the process may take 2–3 months or longer due to parts importation or overseas servicing. In cases where full repair is not achievable, the customer is free to seek service from an alternative service center at their discretion.
  10. Installing a non-Apple operating system (dual boot), deleting macOS, or making any unauthorized modifications to an Apple MacBook will immediately void the product warranty.
  11. Warranty is not applicable to all products. It is only valid for products purchased with a specified warranty period, as stated in the official bill or invoice issued by MacZen BD.

Service Warranty / Service Support Terms & Conditions (MacBook, iPhone & iPad)

  1. MacZen BD provides a Lifetime Service Warranty.
  2. The service warranty covers software and hardware diagnostics and parts installation support only. Any repair costs, servicing fees, or parts expenses fall under fully paid support and are not included in the service warranty.

Cases Where Warranty Will Be Invalid or Conditionally Applicable

  1. Warranty will not be applicable in cases of damage resulting from negligence, including but not limited to liquid exposure, physical breakage, burning, impact, or deep scratches.
  2. If the serial number sticker on a product is partially or fully removed or damaged, warranty claims will no longer be accepted.
